Prior to joining HCP Partnerships, Jeff was the Managing Partner of JSF Consulting, LLC, an HVAC Business Analyst Firm with responsibility for Business Valuations, Business Development, Financial Development, Compliance, Sales & Service Programs, Financial Budgeting/Forecasting, Exit Strategies & Succession Planning.
Jeff also previously served as the Vice President & General Manager of Morningstar & Day, LLC where Jeff led the Business Valuations and Dealer Development programs. Jeff worked hand in hand with existing HVAC / Plumbing business owners to evaluate, analyze, build and grow existing businesses, and to develop exit strategies and succession plans for new ownership.
In addition to this experience, Jeff’s 34+ year passion for the HVAC/P industry and his background as a highly successful Contractor himself makes Jeff especially valuable to HCP partner companies. During a 13-year career at Columbus/Worthington Air, Jeff led all facets of the business, from Service Manager to Sales Manager, from General Manager to eventual President/Owner. Under Jeff’s leadership, revenues increased nearly 10X and net profits tripled.
Jeff lives in Canton, Ohio with his wife and together they have five children and four grandchildren.
David Fox has a track record of creating significant value and sourcing savings opportunities that lead to increased sales and profitability in all companies he has served. David’s innate business acumen and ability to recognize opportunities in all areas of operations and to justify those opportunities with a strong business case and deliver, are his greatest strengths. With over 25 years of operations leadership experience, David understands what it takes to drive results that impact the bottom line. Prior to joining Hudson HCP, David was the COO of a privately held mid-sized HVAC company with residential operations in the Tampa Bay region and commercial operations across the US. David helped the owners navigate and maximize their exit from the business.
David earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems Management from George Washington University and completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
David lives in Tampa, FL with his wife Nancy of 28 years and they have two sons Jesse (25) and Alex (22). David enjoys spending time traveling with family and friends as well as playing tennis, pickleball and golf.
